Newbie with new format

Hello again. I’m a foreigner living in Daejeon. I joined rocket map about 10months ago. I was lucky enough to receive points form the admin  allowing me to access the map.

Now the Rocket map format has changed. I used some translation tools and it says I have to be at “level 3” to access the map again.

Can someone pls help me how I can get to level 3?

How do I get my daily points from checking in again?

Any help would be appreciated.
